Are you two, Drnick and PhukkDD, in the same area? What type dyno is your tuner using?

Back in 07-08, I found if tuners were using the same version of dyno, and their calibration was current to company specs, the results were often within less than one HP. Very close.

Non maintained dyno's or different brands and the results were wildly scattered.

I am in AZ. I have no idea where the Dr is. We tuned the bike in the garage. The dyno guy has a newer DynoJet. He will not be messing with the bike but I suppose he could as they sell Woolich products and do custom tuning.

Drnick wrote: Sun Apr 28, 2019 10:41 am Yes that looks like a great deal, I decided to keep stock header
And just using a Decat midpipe, I really didn’t want to remove radiator and the header from bike, as I thought cutting cat off and removing what was left of remaining cat material inside collector would be easy and less laborious on bike! WRONG!
We what I know now, I’d go with the used header from vcyclenut!
Drnick, where'd you find the Decat midpipe?

Profj he already said what he's using in this thread.
Drnick wrote: Fri Apr 19, 2019 10:08 pm Well I finally pulled the trigger and bought this decat from maxtorque, should be interesting on the install 😜hopefully
The yosh alpha slip on will work with this midpipe, couldn’t
Wait for Brock’s, to bad, his loss🤨

There is a link on like page 2 or 3 of this thread for the decat pipe from MTC. It is hard to find it on their website.

Zdude wrote: Sun Mar 31, 2019 1:08 pm This is a great find Keith. Wonder how this would compare to the fitting of the 2011-2015 ZX10R oem headers. I would think that Kawasaki would have optimized the stock headers to work with this particular motor including the supercharger. I know factories spend enormous amounts to give the best performance possible with stock pipes but are limited by emissions and sound level requirements. I'm running a Yosh Alpha slip-on, Sprint filter and Vcyclenut flash so I know it would require a reflash from David but wonder if the flash he has developed for the ZX10 header kit he sells would be right for this configuration? The only real benefit I see with the ZX10 header over this would be that they are Titanium and would be a few lbs lighter.
Anyone know what the header info is on the H2?

Maybe that'd be a 'tuned' for the HP and good set for the SX's.
The exhaust ports are different between the 2 bikes so it won't work.
Cooter, thanks. Are you aware of the rest of the header after the port connection? I'm wondering about the flow differences between those two (H2/H2SX) headers.

Also, what'd you think of a stock can, flies fixed open, and no cat? I'm wondering/thinking that the stock can, with flies fixed open, would have only a little shave of HP/TQ from an after market can, not counting the cat.
