Ya que veo según esquema que tiene dos paredes más, desde la válvula de escape se puede acceder con una broca grande y eliminar esa pared de catalizador.

Alguna experiencia?

Someone on here can explain what they did, i am thinking of doing something like this to my by spring.

Used a Black and Decker reciprocating saw with a metal cutting blade, tread carefully though not much room between the pipe and the sump.

The link pipe works fine with both the stock silencer and the Akrapovic performance edition can. Not sure why anyone would be keeping the standard can though.

When you cut the exhaust box off you are still left with the cat sat inside the first 2-3 inches of the header where you made the cut. To remove this I used an electric drill with a hole saw and spent a good 20-30 mins drilling and grinding all the cat material away. I left the outer ring of the cat inside the pipe as its not doing any harm and will be difficult to remove without damaging your header pipe.

Pics of tools used, header cut after removing the internal cat and finished bike now cat free.

Now sounds great but will have to head back to Jordan Bikes for an adjustment to the map otherwise I'll be running too lean.
Hi mate, this is the route i'm considering as I'm struggling to get a set of zx10r headers. I have a Yoshimura Alpha can and the link pipe from Max Torque Cans. After getting it mapped at Jordan bikes, what was the final power? Did you do any other modifications?

Thanks

I believe it was around mid 220 bhp rear wheel you can check out Jordan's YouTube channel both my H2 SE SX and H2 SX SE+ are on there it's been a while since I watched the videos.

I added the Sprint Filter also but have since read some claims that that filter lets too much air and dust through that can wear the impeller blades down on the supercharger so not sure I'll use it again note that's the F1 85 type its their racing filter its around GBP 200.

On one of the H2's Akrapovic exhausts I removed the inner baffle but to do that you need to de rivet the carbon end can to get at the baffle. Akra sell a replacement set of rivets and a new strap. Note the rivets are stainless steel so you'll need a steady hand and a drill for cutting through stainless steel its a bit of a pig but worth it if you already have the Akra if not go for a different can that's for racing no baffle.

I'm on a 2022 H2 SX SE now living in California waiting for Woollich Racing to unlock the new bike's ECU. Woolich software is what Jordan use.
