Just keep everyone updated. I'm taking my bike down to Spazonazx this weekend to make sure everything fits then we should be able to do pre orders here shortly.

The test damper that was ordered was too big. I am in the process of ordering a universal ohlins of the correct size. But we do have the dimensions figured out so once the universal comes in and we ensure quality fitment with it we should be able to take orders. Spazonazx is ordering the materials.

From the look of it the Ohlins Universal 68mm will be the perfect fit. It will use the OEM H2 frame/tank mount, and should still clear the steering stem RAM mount so long as it is clocked from 10 to 2 o'clock. I'll put together half a dozen hardware kits and have them powdercoated as close as I can to the H2 black that is on the damper mount/bar risers. I'll do a final fitment on the prototype this coming weekend, and I'll hopefully have the first set of fork mounts in my hand in 2 or so weeks, plus time for powdercoating... that would put the first batch out around the end of the month. I'll update next week with some pictures for the 99% finished set up.

Just finished some overtime that I have designated as dampener money.

I'm planning on heading down to Spazs tomorrow. If all goes well we'll have a set up that works with the ohlins that came on the 07-08 zx-10r and with the 68mm damper you can buy from Ohlins. Keep your eyes open for a pre order thread.

Oh yeah, Spazonazx might be able to get us some of the 68mm dampers as well.
