"Chirps" after ECU Flash
This question is for all of you that have done an ecu flash on your H2SX's. That addicting sound we all love from the supercharger seems to be delivered in heaps on the H2, but is much more shy in the H2SX. I know that's due to the H2 pushing more boost. Have any of you noticed an increase in boost/the chirping sound after an ecu flash? I love the soundtrack that this bike puts out and just wondered if it changes from the flash.
I recognize that's obviously not why anyone gets the flash, I'm just bored waiting for spring and all that's on my mind is this bike!

Re: "Chirps" after ECU Flash
I didn't notice any difference after an ECU flash. I rarely hear the chirps and they're not very prominent. Maybe that's because of my ear plugs or my riding style. Either way, the ECU flash didn't change the amount or intensity of chirping.

In order to enhance the sound you need more air flow or boost. Ecu flash wont change it but air filter and supercharger gearing will. Mine is definitly more enhanced with the sprint p08 filter but is drowned out with my exhaust.

If your flash includes a slight increase in redline, and you install something like a Sprint F1 filter, the chirps may be more noticeable.

Re: "Chirps" after ECU Flash
I haven't been able to get a decent, clear day since I had mine flashed. The roads are a muddy, sandy mess. I only got one decent ride in, but was surprised I didn't hear as much after the flash and sprint filter. It probably is just the lack of decent asphalt to have the courage to get into this new setup. It stopped raining around noon today and is supposed to be clear until another solid week of rain next week through the next weekend. I'm riding on Saturday and Sunday on some of my favorite twisty roads around here. I'll know more soon.

All good. You can hear them a little more than before with a flash and sprint filter

Are you running the P08 or the P08 F1? There seems to be a good increase in flow moving up to the F1. Not sure if it justifies the cost for my use. Obviously going OEM to P08 is a big improvement as well.57x wrote: Mon Apr 01, 2019 2:49 am All good. You can hear them a little more than before with a flash and sprint filter

Re: "Chirps" after ECU Flash
At first i was going with the f1 filter. But after realizing it wont make enough of a gain in power then a p08 and wont filter as good for the cost i said fuck it. I was able to get the p08 filter and woodcraft frame sliders cheaper then the cost of just the f1 filter.TallNinja wrote: Mon Apr 01, 2019 2:34 pmAre you running the P08 or the P08 F1?
