lowered pegs and quick shifter
I removed my lowered pegs from 2017 sx before I sold it , they are 40 mm / 50mm lowered plates, I have removed that plate and put on the 30 mm lowered plate which I intend to put onto my sx se, tried the brake side no problem ,with the 33 mm lowered plate on works out that from the top of the original peg to the top of the lowered peg it is dropping it around 38 mm in total .just wondering when I put the gear lever side powered peg on , I will obviously have to adjust my gear lever down slightly by undoing the two lock nuts on the adjuster arm , and lower the gear lever to suite, does anyone know when adjusting the gear lever down slightly will it affect the quick shifter operation. thank you

Re: lowered pegs and quick shifter
I adjusted my shifter down with out issues when I installed lowered pegs. What are these lowered plates you are talking about? Did you make them or is someone selling a kit? I am interested!

Re: lowered pegs and quick shifter
i have just fitted the lowered pegs , no problem took 30 mins to put on both pegs adjust the gear lever ,brake pedal , cruise control and rear brake light switch, the pegs I have used is the pegs I have used for years the cheap e bay adjustable pegs, i have never had an issue with these ,granted your brake lever and gear lever are 10 mm further in than the original peg, it is not a problem for me , although I do have a bigger foot plate to go over the stock pedal to give it a bigger braking area , but after trying it the way it is don't think I will bother , big difference for me , I purchased the 30 mm / 30mm plate and the 40 mm / 50mm plate, had been riding my old sx with the 40mm plate I have just fit the 30 mm plate to the h2 and it is fine , a lot of people on this forum don't like these pegs but to be honest I have been happy with them for years on my zzr 1400's and my sx 1000 . they are readily available on e bay around £25.00 but more if you get them from a uk dealer ,I will try and post the link if you would like to see them ,

these are not the exact ones I have but are very similar , these are at a uk dealer so the price is higher ,the price from china seems to have went up a little also , I purchased mine in 2015 hope this helps unfortunately this peg isn't the correct peg for the sx h2 , when I find it will post it , I think I may have posted the correct one a while ago (not sure )

Re: lowered pegs and quick shifter
been out to day for a test run , had to do ma fine adjustment on my gear lever just dropped it another 5 mm , no problems at all cruise all ok brakes and gear changing all fine , this as always has made a big difference for me , much more comfortable , granted you do have to move you foot inwards slightly more than stock but not a problem for me , very happy
