Just leave it turned on... you can still use the clutch but it’s there if you feel the need for speedTony Nitrous wrote: Tue Sep 10, 2019 8:48 amI might.
I haven’t used it recently.
I prefer it off around town, commuting, traffic etc,
It’s great on open roads but I rarely remember to turn it back on.

I find a small difference in gear changes around town and suburbia.
Lower speed, lower rev’s, using the clutch I notice a difference and prefer it turned off.
A few clicks to put it back on if I want but a quick shifter isn’t a big deal or something that excites me most days.

Over the border and South down to Flutterbies Cafe at Tyalgum NSW for breakfast. Home via Tweed Heads and the Gold Coast. 370K’s / 230 miles.

It’s a bit further north but we are planning to do road trip and include the Gillies again and a few other areas in the future.dieseldad60 wrote: Tue Sep 17, 2019 7:26 pm Man that looks like an awesome place to ride.... really varied terrain! Love it!
Just outside of Cairns, Gillies Highway has 263 corners and 800 metres of elevation in just 19 kilometres.

Re: Tony’s Aussie ride pics....
Nice morning. Warm and dry, not as “stupid hot” as yesterday, a few clouds and smoke haze but OK. Cafe was pretty busy by my first stop at 6:30am. I’m quite happy with the S21’s, I’m no sports rider, far from it! but after 5,500k’s I upped my lean angle a bit more to 50 degrees and it felt fine.
