Just made it home as the much needed rain started.

It’s still sat with 9k’s / 5.5 miles on the clock.

Picked it up the day the 19+ model hit the showroom.

I had the cash for a 19+ but I’m happy with the deal I got on the shops last 18, I prefer the colour, and for how I ride and what I do the significant price difference between the two made the 18 a better deal for me.

Box’s will rarely be used and taken off. Not sure about green trim for them. Only seen black ones.

I think bags come standard on Australian SXs, with black trim standard. If you want to upgrade you need to order the trim separately.

Tony, you can order parts from places in Europe that ship free worldwide. That's where I ordered my bags and accessories (shipped to the US).

Yes, as far as I know there was only one 18 model on sale in AU.
No base model, just the SX SE with the black bags.

I’m not really too bothered as the box’s are about to be removed and stored.
They will only get used a few times a year from past experience.


I actually deleted my post from the Facebook page after several posts telling me how the bike “looked like shit” and I “should be embarrassed” at being sold a cheap crappy version by Kawasaki. I was quite surprised how important some folk thought it was.
