Brock Davidson dyno'd a 2018 Z900RS and it was 101hp to the wheel! Granted it was in Dayton Ohio and probably in single digit temperatures close to sea level but things are looking good for the Kawasaki hp ratings even though their dyno is considered to run high compared to other people. The Z900RS is rated at 109 hp so that's about a 7% drive train loss compared to the 15%-25% that's found on other manufactures bikes.

Here's a 17 gsxr they did the same with. They got 164 to the wheels vs the 189 rated crank power. That works out to about a 13% power loss compared to the z900rs with a 7% loss if my math is correct.
A 7% loss on the SX's rating of 197 puts it at about 183 to the wheel. The standard 15% loss that's normally seen on sport bikes would put it at 167 to the wheel.

Dynos vary greatly, and are also senstive to wherever they are located, and some operators don't correct the numbers that come off of them.
The sx makes about the same peak hp as an H2 and the transmission is about the same other than a few different ratios. I would expect peak hp to be about the same too. But we won't know until someone with a proper dyno setup does baseline runs, carefully documents changes mades, then shows final runs, all of which are corrected for elevation, temperature, etc.
i've seen widely varying H2 stock dyno numbers.
the z900rs sounds pretty good for a stock setup

It definetly sounds a lot more like a sport bike than i expected.
