I haven't rode my bike with the longer Vandemon muffler yet so I decided to throw it on and go for a ride. One of my friends came into town for Thanksgiving and brought his Harley. He wanted to do one of the local mountain rides so that's what we did.
I got to the gas station early and took a few pictures of the bike and exhaust. Without the bags on the longer muffler looks ok in my opinion, way better than stock but not as good as the H2R style muffler. But with the bags on it looks really good. At idle it sounds like most sport bike exhausts. At the higher rpms it sounds pretty loud and really nice.
There wasn't anything to special about the trip. We were a little worried it was going to be cold up on the mountain but it perfect. Coldest temps we saw were mid 50sF.
My friends asked what I had in the saddle bags. They laughed when I showed them it was just my wallet and hat. They were both jealous of the cruise control on the H2 SX SE so I made sure to show them how much I was using it.
Sorry it's a crappy cell phone video but they thought it was hilarious.
