New cheap exhaust option.

Post by Palmer812 » Thu Oct 25, 2018 11:42 pm

New ,cheap exhaust option. Pro Race now has the GP-S1 for our bikes. It’s just a tip but it looks great and it’s about $102 US. If you order from their website use coupon code SONAUTO for free shipping (normally about $30). I think it will work great for me because I want to see the wheel and it still has a cat in the header and the muffler box so it shouldn’t be too loud. Also if I go with a full system in the future I won’t be out much.

There is a video on YouTube if you search it of a customer installing one on their h2sx. It includes sound clips and a ride by.

imo, "cheap" parts don't belong on motorbikes, especially any of the H2 bikes. You spent $25k (cdn) on a beautiful bike and you are gonna fuck it up with ebay parts? Save that shit for Honda civics.

Thank god somebody thinks the same way as me. Nasty cheap exhaust which you wouldn't even put on a delivery bike why put on a H2 sx worth over 20 K ?

I just dont get it. See it all the time and not just with the h2. There was a guy rolling around in a lambo this summer with knock off rota rims. Probably worth not even $1000 for all 4. Never understood that.

Not to mention these “exhausts” sound like complete shit, especially when you open the throttle

A good "inexpensive" exhaust alternative is to put the 2011 ZX10R header on, get a mid pipe from Delkevic and a can of your choice. You will need 5mm spacers for the ZX10R header, but they are easy to make.

Do you have a link to the midpipe. I checked their site and couldnt find anything.

Not trying to be a dick, but why the hell do people get "offended" or upset about the exhaust options that some bring to the forum. This forum is about sharing ideas and we all have our own on what looks, sounds or performs great on "OUR" personal bikes. Our bikes, our $$$$$ and our vision of what we want. Give it a break, doesn't matter how much your bike cost or your exhaust, if it is what you want than go for it and don't pay any attention to naysayers. Guys, share your ideas cause someone out there will appreciate what your bringing, we all can't like exactly the same but we could all be a little more tolerant of other's choices. Peace!
