Thanks for the pic. Can you fit one each side, fasten helmets on with panniers fitted.

I don't believe that a second one could be mounted to the right side. As far as I can tell, it mounts to a slot made for it on the left rear of the frame. See the diagram:

It is situated so that a helmet can be hooked with the side cases attached.
