Unfortunately after the rider punches mirror old guy can successfully claim self defence in trying to get away. :crazy: :bat:

That sucks. I was just thinking the other day, I've got to quit caring what other drivers do around me because they don't care anymore, no matter how wrong they may be, and no matter how I react.

Actually self defense would not apply. He had plenty of room to escape without running the bike over. In New York he could be charged with felony criminal mischief and perhaps the rider would be charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief. I was a Chief ADA for many years.,

He was lucky that old guy only ran over his bike--he could have had a gun and shot him. People are crazy these days and you never know who's carrying. Better just to not get in confrontations if at all possible.

True, the H2SX rider wasn't smart enough.

I would of have parked on the sidewalk.

And instead of the mirror at that distance I would of have went for the front teeth, wipe that grin right off his face...
