Okay, according to my dealer they will be arriving in waves. 25% of what they plan to ship to the US (not sure about rest of the world) will be in January. The remainder will arrive in Feb and Mar.
Did they have any information on when in January?
No. The owner only said 25% would be "released" in January. I don't know if that means released to be shipped to dealers, or that dealers will have them in January. It could very well mean the first and they don't actually show up in dealers until Feb. Signs certainly point to Jan-Mar window, but it's not a very clear view out said window.

Nah it's a production bike you don't have to pre-order it like the H2. Some of us just like the latest and greatest as soon as possible.

I stopped by my dealer yesterday and the owner looked on whatever site they go to for information from Kawasaki. He basically said the same thing but worded differently. He said 25% of orders would be shipped this month and the remaining 75% of orders mid February. I don't know if that means customer orders or what the dealerships have requested? He said he was confident that mine would be here before the end of the month but couldn't guarantee it.
While checking whatever he was checking he also said that none had shipped yet. I asked if that ment all the H2 SX SE 's were sitting in Japan still? He said they were most likely on a boat on their way over or waiting to be unloaded. So I'm assuming he was on the page for Kawasaki North America or whomever is contracted to deliver the bikes when they get here.

I think it means Canadians will get their orders and then the other 75% US citizens will get theirs

What the heck. I wonder why there is a hold up. I wish Kawasaki would come out with an official public announcement about when it will be available.
To be honest that new Panigale V4S is looking pretty sweet aswell.
