I’ve already done the ZX-14R, the newer version of the VMax and then later missed the performance of those machines. The SX SE has the performance I was missing, but also reasonably comfortable, has cruise control and luggage capabilities....bought it in July of 2018 and loving the bike ever since. Just my two cents.

Been wanting a new bike. A fast one that can handle spirited twisties. Im too poor for an H2, my back is to messed up to truly enjoy long rides in a sport bike anymore. This bike hits most of my check boxes! And it can be made fast enough and reliably enough were nothing else will touch it (straights) unless they are HIGHLY modified. It will be a bike that's 20 years old and still go toe to toe with the new bikes.

My previous bike was a BMW K1300S and I was very happy with it . It was written off when "Bambi" ran into the road in front of me, so I chose that option in the poll. That said, the reason I had the K1300S and then the H2 SX SE is that I want a bike that I can load up with a pillion and luggage for a week, ride 500 to 600 miles across France and Germany in a day, at speed, to the Alps or the Pyrenees, then ride the passes like I'm on a sports bike.

I've had recently had a 2015 C14 (with SISF flash) and 2018 a stock N1K, both lacking a bit in kick. The C14 was great for long distances but awkward in city traffic. The N1K handled great, light around town and a blast going up Mt Washington but buzzed like crazy on the highway at 5-7k rpm. Hopefully this H2 SX will be the ticket, so far so good. I already have Vcyclenut's flash, just waiting for the break-in period to be over which for me will be in the spring!

I have a 130 mile commute for work, and when I ride my sport bikes it gets a little uncomfortable and the Speed Triple doesn't have the wind block. I had a Ducati ST4s but it was a dog, hated it. The Kawi checked all my needs and is exciting.
