Jon,u have that backwards? 105 with std.,H2R 94?
No, I was surprised myself when I got the specs. The standard exhaust is louder than the H2R with baffles installed.
STD 105db
H2R W/baffle 94db
H2R W/O baffle 120db
I'm guessing the H2SX stock exhaust is in the sub 100db range since it has to meet noise regulations.

I will have your performance answers soon, I am expecting much more then 8 hp tuned since it got 8 hp with the stock flash
How long will it take you to get a tune ready for flashing after you receive the exhaust?
Are there any concerns with us going ahead and installing the exhaust while we wait?

I cant answer that for sure, a couple weeks at best. It takes time and miles to do all the road tuning. Doing the dyno tune is the easy part. So depends on a lot of things ,how much time I have.
I develop 3 fuel maps for the flash and do a lot of data logging and testing to make sure not only does it make great power when you drop the hammer but that it runs amazing everywhere.
Plus the weather still needs to cool off some before I can give an accurate comparison on the dyno to my previous runs. Its started to call off a little at night so mornings should at least be good by middle of next month.
With how rich the bike is stock I cant imagine it would hurt anything but I can only guess, I have no idea what the air fuel is going to look like with it installed and the stock ecu settings.

Hi,
Yes I've just loaned my bike to SP Engineering in Frome, UK and they are using my bike as a template.
They are fabricating the pipe from the cat to the slip on and then a choice of rear cans.
Should have it back in a week or so.

They're definitely showing a picture of the FULL line Vandemon, I'm sure this is for illustrative purposes only.

I would just like to correct this post:
Kawasaki Headers: H2R slip-on, Baffle In 94db / Baffle Out 105db at 5500rpm
Vandemon Headers: H2R slip-on, Baffle In 105db /Baffle Out 120db at 5500rpm

That is a substantial difference there, thanks for the clarification.
