UPS is stealing my back tire, any one near Addison Ill?

I ordered a back tire last month.

I live in south florida and the tire somehow went from florida to tenn to ill

now its been stuck in Illinois for over 2 weeks!!

ive have literally been calling and emailing UPS since last Wednesday and no one has been able to make the tire leave the facility

I am so frustrated it is beyond description. They kept using the excuse it requires special handling because it not in a box. Now even the people I speak to are dumfounded including managers.

it has been scanned a bunch of times at the current facility but no one can put it on a truck?

any one have any real suggestions or connections at UPS that they can offer some help?

That's Chicago area. Funny, it left GA to go there, to get to you in FL. Sorry to hear your getting the shipping 2 step from UPS.

despite numerous calls to and from UPS and emails it still has not left the facility

This is one of the most frustrating things ever, everyone is sorry and understands but somehow no one can put the tire on a truck

I'd contact whoever you bought it from tell them what's going on and ask for a refund. Get them involved somehow. If they spend a lot of money with UPS maybe they can make something happen.

they have been involved for a few days, according to two different people I talked to today at UPS the tracking will update tonight and ill have the tire Tuesday

the people that answer the phone and emails apparently have no way to contact the distribution center or place a comment so that when the package scans the person gets an alert. They are basically there to say yes sir , sorry sir, I understand sir and keep watching the tracking. I completely lost my shit on one of them this morning. Im not usually like that but damn this has been horrible service.

When this happens you really are helpless. There is no other numbers to call there is no other customer service. It has felt a but like ground hogs day or like im being punked
