New to the forum, hello
I currently have an 821 monster and an HD Dyna Wide Glide
Looking to trade the dyna for one of 3 options
SDGT
Ducati Multistrada S
Kawasaki H2 SX SE
There are pros and cons of each one
Love all 3 of them
The SDGT appears awesome, and most affordable, but dealer network not as strong. One dealer has a 2016 demo leftover, and another has a 2017 leftover
Ducati MS is the most expensive, and if like the 821, will likely have issues down the road
The Kawasaki is insane as it is a 4 cylinder supercharged, but hey, why not?
Any guidance/opinions?
KTM Super Duke GT or Multistrada S or H2 SX SE?

What are you wanting to get out of the bike? But considering you're on the H2 SX forum most of your answers are going to be get the H2 SX SE.tlminh wrote: Thu Jul 12, 2018 10:26 pm New to the forum, hello

Myself and all my friends who have ridden my bike agree that it is the best all around bike you can get.
I don't have any experience with the Super Duke so can't really give much info on experience with that. But I have ridden a multistrada and a good friend has had one for years. The multi is more comfortable and easily carries more storage options. It's a relaxed riding position with better wind protection. But it is really slow compared to the H2 SX SE. The multi feels like riding a heavy dirt bike. Don't get me wrong I've ridden my H2 SX SE on rides over 700 miles in a day pretty much non stop. The multi is just more sport-TOURING while the H2 SX SE is more SPORT-touring. The only aspect of motorcycling that the multi beats the H2 SX SE in is comfort. Other than that the H2 SX SE is better in every way.

I owned a Multistrada prior to my H2 SX.
Stay far away, I had nothing but problems with mine. Never again.

I have three friends with the new Superduke. Superb bike, when it runs. All had crank issues, including one that the crank broke. All were under warranty, so there was no cost to them. They just had to wait forever to get the engine repaired/replaced.

Hello!
My last bike was a 2015 multistrada 1200s and had a lot of problems. I decided to sell it and go for the superduke gt.
But when i went to see a superduke gt, next to this bike there are a h2 sx se, and i cant help falling in love.
Suoerduke was cheaper, very low quality on plastics, seat, paintings etc. The only advantage for the ktm was brembo and white power electronic suspension, but if you try a h2 sx you will notice that h2 is powerfull, much stable, better quality overall, better wind protection, etc.
The brakes are at the same level. Non brembos but works really impressive. Same for the de suspension.
Multistrada is a good bike. Very beautifull, but less power, less stable if you ride hard, the manteinance are very expensive .. but if you want to travel, is the bike for you.

H2SX supoosedly has brembo, but not branded. Brembo makes these for Kawasaki. That's what I heard at least.
