If I put it in as a super sport without the turbo box I get $133 per month and $1425 per year with progressive.

Are these high quotes including medical coverage for the rider? Or is it just coverage for the bike?

Liability - bodily injury (I hurt someone in another vehicle) $100,000 per person $300,000 per accident.
Property damage $50,000.
Then comprehensive and collision each with $500 deductible.
Also 15k/30k in under and uninsured coverage. In some areas is considered an upgrade but where I live it's necessary because a lot of people don't carry insurance or have the very minimum. If you want more money for damages they caused you have to take them to court on your own here and spend lots of money to get them to pay.
No medical coverage for rider/ passenger. I rely on my health insurance and no one other than my wife rides with me nowadays.

Here are two VIN numbers I generated.. one for each model, they might be worth a try with your insurances.. both are for serial number #100

Ninja H2SX:
JKBZXVA11JA000100

Ninja H2SX SE:
JKBZXVB13JA000100

Both these VINS work on the DMVs website..

https://www.dmv.org/vehicle-history/vin-decoder.php
How did you come up with these numbers?

The reason I asked about how you came up with the numbers is I found a PDF online showing the Kawasaki manufactures VIN Coding Description @ ftp://nhtsa.gov/MfrMail/01-022-N11B-8340.pdf but it is dated for 2001 models.

They break the VIN (JKBZXVB13JA000100) down as
Digits 1-3
Manufacture with A or B related to the engine displacement code
JKB
Kawasaki Heavy or Motors

Digits 4+5
Model Line
ZX
Super Sports Inline 4 Water Cooled

Digit 6
Engine Displacement
V
Listed as reserved under the JKB list

Digit 7
Model Variation
B
Cant verify through the PDF but matches the model code found on dealership pages

Digit 8
Net brake horsepower (Each model will use the number 1 to indicate the net brake engine horsepower. Any changes in this specification exceeding 10 % without requiring changes to any other character of the VIN, will be coded " 2 ".)
1

Digit 9
Check Digit
3
Matches Calculation as correct check digit

Digit 10
Model Year
J
2018

Digit 11
Plant vehicle was manufactured in
A
KHI Akashi Japan

12-17 Sequence Number

Looks like I was spot-on predicting the VINS for the H2SX/SE. I managed to snap a few pics of the VINS on the demo bike yesterday.
