Due to potential copyright issues, making the pdf directly available on this site doesn't seem like a good idea to me.

However, if someone wants to upload it to Google Drive or some other file sharing site, then I'll happily add a link to our Useful H2SX Forum Resources list.

Thank you for that.
That is the first time that I have seen the SE+ manual, usually it is the 'Base' model.

Hello: I hope anyone who has the service manual of Kawasaki h2 sx se 2022 to send it because its price on the sites is greatly exaggerated and I need it badly:

We have been lucky that forum members have been able to post links to pdf copies of the service manual for earlier models. However, the service manual isn't generally available in digital form. Forum members who have a service manual for the 2022 model (ZX1002P) will most likely have a printed version. These manuals are about 900 pages so it's unlikely anyone would scan the whole thing.

The best thing would be to create a post explaining what you need. If you're lucky, someone with a ZX1002P Service Manual might provide the information you need.

Subject: Persistent DTC 33 ( DTC_0033) on 2022 Kawasaki H2 SX SE - Technical Inquiry
I am seeking expert advice regarding a persistent DTC 33 (O2 Sensor 1 Slow Response) on my 2022 H2 SX. I have ruled out all hardware and electrical issues through the following tests:
1. Component Swapping: I swapped the O2 sensor with another identical, healthy bike. My sensor worked perfectly on the other bike, but the known-good sensor from the other bike still triggered DTC 33 on my bike.
2. New Components: I have tried more than 3 brand-new OEM O2 sensors; the issue persists.
3. Electrical Inspection: The wiring harness is 100% intact. Voltages are within factory specifications, and the sensor heater functions correctly (the sensor heats up normally outside the exhaust).
4. Vacuum System: The vacuum system has been thoroughly inspected, and there are absolutely no leaks.
5. Code Clearing: I have cleared the code multiple times and performed battery resets. However, the code returns within minutes of engine operation.
Since the Sensor, Wiring, and Vacuum system are all verified as functional, is this a software/ECU logic issue? Does the Euro-5 ECU require a formal "Initialization of Adaptive Values" via the Kawasaki KVDS system to resolve this?

Do you have a OBD reader that you could read the 02 data live and log it (I don't know if newer have that like cars normally, as my is older non Euro5 model)? And is it really Sensor 1 as closer to engine? Before CAT? Also have you checked air leaks in the exhaust? Those could trigger that fault?

Hi everyone!

I'd like to join others before me in requesting the 2022 h2 sx se shop manual. I would use it quite often for reference, but feel like it's a touch too expensive at 300 bucks. I understand it would take some work to scan and would be willing to work out some deal for the trouble. If someone's interested, please contact me.
