Color match panels for bags on back order for months

yes, many of us had to wait. It took mine about 2 months after I recieved my bike. When did you order your panels?

I picked up my bike on 23th of April, the panels were supposed to be here now, but the dealer called and they said I shouldn't expect them before 20th of July.

Something went terribly wrong @ Kawasaki with those. Thank god the sidebags are useable without theese.

It has to be some kind of paint problem or through put production problem unrelated to molding. these bags and panels are the exact same ones as the Versys and Ninja 1000SX and have been in production for years. The panels are just painted to match the H2SX.

Mine were ordered about three weeks ago. I guess I won’t see mine until late August

Me too. Ordered mine last year with bike. At the first service they fitted panniers but with black covers to get me going and said green colour match from factory order wasn't good enough and rejected the whole lot. So still awaiting the green covers but hopefully will keep the black ones as working ones as they are already marked from my childrens boots.

Yesterday I was advised it will now be August for me also. It was July when I purchased bike 2 months ago.

If you guys received all-black bags for your hard-earned will you have to pay again for the green trim pieces? Need I even ask?

I know in my case the black pieces were free from Kawasaki. I have the bags with black pieces and green pieces are on order

I cannot get a date from my dealer on the green colors. Two months and counting
