Anyone else's insurance cost drop?

Post by cOoTeR » Thu May 31, 2018 1:39 pm

My H2 SX SE insurance just dropped $67 this month plus they credited me $30 from last months payment! I'm with state farm. I'm not sure if its because my claim on my ZX10R is going to be 2 years old now or if they reevaluated the H2 SX SE and realized it's not an H2.

Not mine. Progressive still only has H2 listed.

My insurance with American Family and my 2015 ZX14R was $350.00 per year. Now with my H2SXSE it"s $260.00 per year!!! Maybe it"s the word Sport " TOURING"? I"m also 64 with a clean driving record, so far.

I just picked up my bike today but have yet to find a good price policy. So far around 1100 a year full min coverage. I am in TX and 49 with no tickets or accidents.

Sate Farm identified the H2 SX SE correctly when I insured it in April. Cost US$715 a year.

Safeco was $1450, full coverage, for a year. $500 deductible. 2 other bikes, 1 truck, and my house all with them. 45 year old male with a clean driving record. But they didn't know the model, specifically. They went generic 4 cyl, 1000cc motorcycle. I think the Ninja name doesn't help. My insurance broker shopped around to many vendors, no difference in them.

Motorcycling is not, of itself, inherently dangerous. It is, however, extremely unforgiving of inattention, ignorance, incompetence, or stupidity
