Feelers under footpeg

Hey guys, can anybody tell me if the feelers underneath the rider foot pegs are removable or would I have to cut them off? I would check, but I'm at work right now.

Removable. See this pic. Edit: little hard to see, but there a hex head where it screws into the underside of the peg

Keep them in a safe place so when it's time to sell you can screw them back in place to show how gently you treated the bike.
