Its still hit or miss what clears everything. Because you removed the centre stand, you may have more options. I know for sure the graves, yoshimura and m4 mufflers for the zx10r do fit. As i mentioned in another post, you will most likely have to remove the o2 sensor as there is no bung on the 10r headers for it, unless a place like california made it like that. Thus you will need a flash to disable the code. And the bike does run pig rich by going this route and getting rid of the cat.KompreSXor wrote: Sun Apr 21, 2019 3:52 pm Does anyone know if ZX10R slipons, like sc projects will fit our bikes after fitting the ti headers.. there is a much wider choice of end cans for the 10r than our h2, and three stupid questions? Is a flash mandatory? Do you have to remove the 02 sensor? And is anyone selling the 5mm spacers?
My centre stand is removed, and all the brackets too, so no concerns with it fouling. Love the idea of a titanium system, should have come with one IMHO.

Re: 2011-15 ZX-10R Header Retrofit?
I believe I’m the only one using 16-17 zx10r headers.
But... I’m not actually using them yet. Currently trying to get spacers made which I now know from trial and error you absolutely have to have.
I am so far finding it very hard to find a fab shop to make my spacers. Or get the steel I need so I can do it myself.
I have no idea about 18 and up zx10r headers.
This entire thread probably has answers already in it that you are looking for. Read up.

I think everybody above us are using the 11-15 headers if I’m understanding everybody correctly. I’ll take look around. Is the fitment everywhere else okay other than than needing the spacers up top??Raddy47 wrote: Thu Apr 25, 2019 3:14 amI believe I’m the only one using 16-17 zx10r headers.

Arrow part number 71637MI
I will give a full thread on all parts once completed.
1) because still waiting on spacers to see if that will solve leak
2) I don’t want anyone spending money on my setup until I can 100% confirm everything for my exhaust setup

Also, that part number I am using with 16-17 headers just to be clear. And you might be right that the 18 is the same. Even the arrow website says 16-18.

Re: 2011-15 ZX-10R Header Retrofit?
FYI, the part number I gave above fits in terms of clearance but the latching bolt on mid pipe to the mount where the stock cat was are off considerably. Now when bolted on back near right passenger peg and headers bolted its solid. But I personally will be fabricating a one off cheap bracket just to be ultra secure.
More on this to come as I move along. I am hoping my parts will be ready by May 3rd but if not we are looking around May 13th. Boy, did I choose a bad time to take a vacation.

Trying to make my own. Having trouble finding tubes steel for what I think the diameter should be. 1 1/2” or 1 3/4”
