Used some DOM steel tubing (like stuff used for roll cages), cut into 5mm slices (thickness isn't super critical, just needs to be close and at least 5mm.

Then I cut a slit with a saw in each one so I could expand it with pliers

Then after slipping on over the exhaust, I used channel locks to squeeze them back closed. You want to get them pretty close.

After that, you have a standard header install.
I think this is pretty much what I need to do. As I had play after putting on my headers. Could push the bottom of headers back and up. I’m curious after awhile of riding now did this spacer trick of yours hold up?

What was the diameter of the steel tube you used for the spacers!?

I would like to purchase a set of the spacers please, with delivery to the uk. How's everyone getting on with theirs? any issues?

I too would like some spacers.

Trying to make my own. Having trouble finding tubes steel for what I think the diameter should be. 1 1/2” or 1 3/4”

Km0066-
I have this exact same setup (zx10r headers and graves cat delete low mount) coming in the mail currently so thanks for all the pics and info ;)...can’t wait!
Did the graves exhaust come with a quiet insert? If not where did you buy the quiet insert?
Are you sure the center stand can’t be used with this setup? Another member posted pics of this setup with the center stand intact.
Thanks for the Info!

Also would like to know which insert it needs as also thinking of this route.
Seems it works out cheaper to go with the graves imported from USA than purchasing the Yoshi setup in the UK.

I saw someone give a warning about unsure if this setup could mess something up with the engine?
How possible is that? Is this a safe mod to do?
Probably shouldn't have rushed into getting the headers really

Cant see any reason why the engine would have issues if you set it up correctly.

The only three realistic ways I could see this hurting the motor would be if you were trying to use an extremely restrictive exhaust or you messed up the install and damage the header studs. Or the tune is messed up and the bike runs lean.

Does anyone know if ZX10R slipons, like sc projects will fit our bikes after fitting the ti headers.. there is a much wider choice of end cans for the 10r than our h2, and three stupid questions? Is a flash mandatory? Do you have to remove the 02 sensor? And is anyone selling the 5mm spacers?

My centre stand is removed, and all the brackets too, so no concerns with it fouling. Love the idea of a titanium system, should have come with one IMHO.
