Re: Handlebar Raisers?
Just got my kit. Spent about an hour trying carefully to remove
the left side heated grips with wd40 and compress air. I really
did not want to damage them any hint would be helpful. thanks

Re: Handlebar Raisers?
Anyone else get a kit from Spiegler? Just called to check status on my order from 6/10 and they are telling me that it is now delayed until end of July! I should have ordered from Bikermart originally, would have had the kit by now. Thinking I should cancel and wait for Murph’s. Have his risers on my 2014 and 2016 N1k. Top quality and work great.

Re: Handlebar Raisers?
Yes, I just installed the handlebar kit, to remove the left heated grip you have to apply heat with a heat gun to get the adhesive to release. I leared this the hard way and had to buy another left side heated grip. The grip is made into a sleeve, which is glued to the bar end. Don't try to separate the grip from the sleeve you will just destroy it. Cost me 120.00 comes as a assy.

Re: Handlebar Raisers?
Would someone please post up a few side profile photos, which would show the bar, handlebar portion height compared to the gas tank?
To anyone using this setup kit, how much 'play/slack' is left with the new brake lines/hydraulics lines installed?

If you go to the (Sargent seat) thread I have some pics that may help you get an idea on the ABM bars. I also sent you a pm but if the pics from my mentioned thread don’t work let me know.Prof J wrote: Tue Feb 04, 2020 10:04 pm Would someone please post up a few side profile photos, which would show the bar, handlebar portion height compared to the gas tank?
