Re: Switched Windscreens
Similar to what I mentioned in the footpeg thread, i have no buffeting with the SE windscreen. I am all body, so i sit quite tall on the bike. I guess it is all about body shape.

You can tuck behind it. Did 294kmh on gps without problems. Don't know about passenger airflow, haven't found anyone brave enough

Re: Switched Windscreens
I switched to the Kawasaki OEM shorter tinted screen-got it from eBay. Shipped promptly from U.K. to USA. I am 5’9” and much smoother/ cleaner less turbulent air at all speeds speeds. I feel more comforttable in a tuck position as well. The tall SE screen created uncomfortable turbulence around my head neck and shoulders. The somewhat added wind pressure on my chest also takes some weight off my wrists at speed. A win-win all around and I much prefer it’s more sporting lines/appearance. 5 minute install.

Mortbike - do you have a link or vendor details? I did a search but only turned up the tall screen or links to euro suppliers.mortbike wrote: Sat Jun 09, 2018 12:09 pmI switched to the Kawasaki OEM shorter tinted screen-got it from eBay. Shipped promptly from U.K. to USA.

1111 NOK is app. 135 $. I have no idea about shipping cost.
The best is probably to ask your dealer to order one.

I ordered mine from MotoGB (www.motogb.co.uk) for 79.95 pounds plus 30.00 pounds shipping to the USA ($142.00 USD). I ordered it a few days ago and have not yet received it.

Re: Switched Windscreens
I bought a shorter screen didn't put it yet but i must say the touring screen comes with tourer version makes a lot of noise and also did give me lots of head shake. around 70 mph to 120 mph. pillion said their wind was normal, i will try the shorter one first if not the longest one will do i guess.

Re: Switched Windscreens
I'm 6'2(1m89) and the windscreen that come in standard on the SE is far more better than the lower windscreen on my old VFR 800 2017.
How tall are you, guys ?
