Unsat Service Dept performance

Post by Thunderdawg » Thu May 10, 2018 2:35 am

A week ago, I arrived unannounced at the dealership for my 600 mile first service on my SX SE. The H2 certified mech was on vacay so scheduled a return yesterday for the service today. I left off the bike at the dealer yesterday. Today, service manager calls to say they in fact do not have the oil filter in stock, though their inventory system indicated it was. So, I wait a few days while they recover. Fool me once, shame on you.

I use MCO (Wigan Kawasaki) for all my service needs.

Things get done when I'm told they will be done.

The whole team there are brill - nothing is too much.

I've no doubt there will come a time when things go wrong, as we're only human after all.
