Torque Settings

Post by Champ87 » Wed Apr 18, 2018 12:56 am

With no H2 SX Service Manual available yet, I have pulled the torque settings for the Ninja H2. I was simply going to post the relevant pages from the manual but thought there could be some copyright issues (even though the manual is available elsewhere). Instead I put together a table of torque values pulled from the H2 Service Manual for those who care about such things (as I do).

Disclaimer: keep in mind these are values for the H2. Please use some intelligence to decide which ones are appropriate for the H2 SX.

Edit: Torque Settings Table removed. Please refer to the Service Manual for your version of the H2 SX.

Attached is a zip file containing a new table with torques settings for H2 SX. Values are taken from service manual but are formatted into "workshop format". That means it's been laid out and formatted to be printed and laminated as a handy reference.

Table removed as it has not been updated for newer models. Please refer to the Service Manual for your particular year/model.

Not encrytpted. The pdf file is contained in a zip file so if you don't have winzip or similar then you won't be able to extract the file. Not much I can do about that as the site doesn't allow direct attachment of pdf.

I know that I will have to use my Dropbox account if I want to post larger files but this one is within the attachment size limit. Right now the file has been downloaded 11 times. If anyone else is having problems please let me know.

Well spotted. That was copied from the Brakes section of the service manual where it says 2 26. Obviously wrong and I didn't spot it.

I'll correct it now. Thanks
