I just installed a set of Brocks PAIR block off plates on my H2 SX SE. The kit is actually for Ninja H2 (15-18) / ZX-14R (06-18) / ZX-10R (04-18) / Z900RS (2018) but they fit perfect.
The PAIR system opening on the left side of the valve cover was a little more difficult to get off. The solenoid that connects to the blow off valve is mounted on a bracket that holds the solenoid right above the 2 bolts that need to be removed. The bracket is pretty flimsy so un-bolting the solenoid is difficult because the bracket bends as you try to turn the nut holding it. I just pushed the solenoid to the side to be able to get to the bolts holding the PAIR opening to the valve cover.
The kit for the PAIR H2 (15-18) / ZX-14R (06-18) / ZX-10R (04-18) / Z900RS (2018) has 2 pieces that are not used on the H2 SX SE. They are normally used to plug the holes left open in the airbox after removing the PAIR system but the H2 style airbox is sealed so the PAIR system doesn't connect to it. The PAIR system is just pulling in un filtered air from under the gas tank! All the more reason to block it off.
I left the PAIR valve plugged in so it wouldn't throw any codes. I hung it from the fitting that the system was pulling air in through. I'm going to remove it once I get a flash to permanently remove the code.

Re: Block off plates
cOoTeR,
Would you happen to have any photos of your install process?
Seems I may have a Calif model, carbon canister, etc., so Oregon is using the same emissions for Portland. Here in the south, in the sticks, we do not have the Portland emissions standards. Unusual.
PAIR valve is under the black box is my guess?

Re: Block off plates
Yes, the valves sit on top of the cam cover. If you need more info on block-off plate install, I included a section for block-off plate install in my Guide to Exhaust Replacement. As usual, I included plenty of photos.Prof J wrote: Tue Feb 11, 2020 2:21 amWould you happen to have any photos of your install process?

It's available in the Garage Section of vcyclenut's website or this post.

It's amazing how fast you can go when you take your time.

Champ87,
I re-found your Exhaust System Replacement how to early this am. Another excellent document. I'll use that on this last operation, and in putting the bike back together.
Hey, I'm thinking of putting the keyless ignition package in, while the bike is apart, but, on the other hand, much of me thinks to get the bike back together, and running with all the exhaust modifications, first.
What are your thoughts?

Re: Block off plates
If you have bodywork and tank already off the bike then that's a good opportunity to do other work. Removing fairings and side panels is not a big deal but doing it just once will reduce any opportunity for mishaps/damage.Prof J wrote: Tue Feb 11, 2020 4:44 pm Hey, I'm thinking of putting the keyless ignition package in, while the bike is apart, but, on the other hand, much of me thinks to get the bike back together, and running with all the exhaust modifications, first.

Check ignition/kill switch/clutch/starter functions before you start the keyless install then all should be good. Allow yourself plenty of time for that install - doing it at a steady pace will produce tidy results that you can be proud of.

Re: Block off plates
OK, so basically put the bike back together, gas tank too, minus the skins.
Champ87, .here is what I did to snug up the aluminum spacer rings.
First cut them to proper length for a snug fit for the pipe neck

cut a groove
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6dVhP ... sp=sharing
and using the wire to tighten/keep compressed, can still slide on pipe neck
