Does anyone know what this really means?
Is it simply a changed in the impeller shape or something else, or nothing at all but marketing speak?

Re: "balanced supercharger"??
This is an interesting question, because Kawasaki has attached the name "balanced supercharger" to a concept they showed 2-3 years ago. A supercharger that uses a variable intake to optimize performance and fuel economy.
I've seen no evidence that this is actually on the H2 SX. More likely it is just marketing speak to say it's been "balanced" to fit the H2 SX.

"Interestingly, while Kawasaki is referring to the engine as a ‘Balanced’ supercharged engine, it doesn’t have the key detail of the Balanced Supercharged Concept engine that the firm showed two years ago. That motor featured variable intake vanes on the supercharger to improve airflow at different speeds, but the idea appears to have been dropped from the production H2 SX."

Re: "balanced supercharger"??
This is kind of what I suspected. maybe that technology is not ready for primetime, seems like a good idea tho. Thanks for the linkcOoTeR wrote: ↑Fri Dec 15, 2017 10:47 am"Interestingly, while Kawasaki is referring to the engine as a ‘Balanced’ supercharged engine, it doesn’t have the key detail of the Balanced Supercharged Concept engine that the firm showed two years ago.
