Looks like an easy setup ... front wheel and handlebars installed while shipped. Lots of bikes have the handlebars and front tire removed and packed in the crate during shipment to reduce the crate size. Apparently Kawasaki doesn't do this with the H2SX, and saves time at the factory and dealerships that way too.

Ya, it looks like windscreen, tear off some plastic, and charge, install battery and its done
