I was wondering the other day will increasing the horsepower by 50 hp at the wheel affect how well the electronic aids work?

it should not, the bike has two wheel speed sensors on it and had the 5 axis whichamagic

so all the same rules that make them work will still apply

early traction control that only used an algorithm and a front wheel sensor, yes the increase in power would be more likely to upset them

Cool I wasn't sure how good the imu was on newer bikes and I don't think a lot of the new bikes with imu's are getting 50hp gains over stock like the H2 SX SE is expected to.

I know the old KTRAC system on my ZX10R was not up to the task of controlling the 175 whp it had. My avatar picture was taken while I was at a 1/2 mile race with the TC on and at the top of 2nd gear.

the flashing process has started with good initial results,

per my usual process I'm working on the throttle maps and so far leaving full power as stock to compare

I have been able to create a much more linear feeling with smoother on/off with no perceived reduction in response

ill do the preliminary dyno work this weekend , then get a wide band o2 bung in the exhaust so I can start the part throttle tuning
