I hope they make it easy to reverse the shift pattern

all of my bikes are reversed and its just easier if they are all the same

on my 1299 with a factory quick shifter/autoblipper I just reversed the wires

Ducati sells a $60 harness but all I did was remove the pins from the factory connector and flip them, it was very easy to do

and of coarse flipped the shift knuckle

On the 2011+ ZX-10R's the shift linkage was routed in a way that made it so the part that links to the shaft coming out of the transmission had to be switched with one off of a zx14 in order to clear the frame when flipping the linkage.

if they didn't consider it on the zx10 not much hope they will on this bike,

Looking at it it looks like it's going to take more than just flipping the knuckle. It looks like the shift rod will hit the frame if just trying to attach the knuckle upside down. Then if you get a knuckle that is angled away from the frame the shift rod will hit the foot peg. So it will most likely require some aftermarket rear sets but I doubt there will be a demand for it.

Yea I was thinking the same thing,

and I don't want solid metal pegs either.

guess ill just have to get used to switching back and forth

I misspoke it will hit the shift lever not the footpeg.
