im happy that ecu looks to be under then tank and not in the front fairing like the H2!!

under the seat would have been nice, but ill take it, lol
Looking at the party's diagrams for the H2 and the H2 SX it looks like the ECU is in the same spot.

it looks different as on the h2 the connector is facing back and on the h2sx its facing forward. But you are correct it doesn't look that different and still may be in the front cowl.

I could not find a diagram that shows its deff position did you??

No I did not see that. We'll most likely have to wait until the bikes arrive or someone gets their hands on a service manual. But in the diagram it looks like it oriented on its side and away from the airbox.

I think its kinda lame that the ECU is under the tank, that seems like alor of work everytime I have to go poking around there...

Looks like the parts diagrams are now available on the Kawasaki USA website.

https://m.kawasaki.com/Parts/PartsDiagr ... /ZX1002BJF

Also, looks like some of the accessories are starting to show up as In Stock! Woo hoo, must be getting close.
Nice ... but wish Kawasaki would make the diagrams higher resolution so they aren't all fuzzy when zoomed in.
Just a heads up in case no one has figured it out yet. The link first posted was a mobile link. mobile links are bad especially wwhen views on a computer.

Here's the real link: https://www.kawasaki.com/Parts/PartsDia ... /ZX1002BJF

From it you can download/view high resolution PDFs.

Edit: nevermind, didnt scroll through every post beforehand. :D

Ill connect a harness that will go back to under the seat so I can easily access it for programing and tuning

So I was comparing the valve cover part numbers to the regular H2. It looks like the PAIR system is the exact same. So in theory we'll be able to use the existing block off kits and won't have to wait for new ones to be developed.
The numbers listed in your screenshots are of the refference number to the diagram not the actual part numbers.

Yes. I was using my mobile phone to take the screen shots. You have to click on each reference number on the mobile site to pull up the part number. So instead of taking 8 screen shots I took 2. But the PAIR system for both bikes have the same part numbers after the reference numbers. The air filters have the same reference numbers but different part numbers.

After looking through the parts diagrams there isn't anywhere that mentions a steering damper. The triple tree doesn't have the mounting point that's found on the H2. By Kawasaki's USA site still has it as a standard feature.
