are you sure about the E8D I don't see that listed in the manual
Yea. My pressure was low on front brake but I have already taken care of it. Just put new tires on but the code was there before I took them off or reinstalled.

Maybe it was an EFD? "Cornering light ECU communication error" ..

No..

However, I started the process for clearing code by running the bike 3 times for more than five minutes above 25mph but noticed coolant leaking. There was a small coolant hose that been severed from my crash and it had that braided stuff over it so I didn’t see it. New hose hopefully here before next Saturday and I will give it another go then.

Well, I tried the process of running the bike for a minimum of five minutes above 25mph and kill ignition then repeat three times. It did not work

I still have the two codes remaining.

And I can’t recall but is the abs light always on in the cluster?
I don’t think it should be on all the time but someone please let me know. It’s just been too long since I have rode the bike.

Good news is that the bike rides as normal as the day I got her. No abnormal shakes or vibrations at speed.

But damn these error codes

It will remain on after you start her up but go out pretty quick as soon as soon as you start moving forward in gear.

I had that problem once after having my front tire changed on a Harley. Ended up the shop had pulled on the ABS sensor cable just enough to pull a pin out of the connecter slightly. Caused an intermittent failure of the ABS that was indicated by the ABS light staying on even when moving. FIxed the connector and the problem went away. Never took my bike back to that shop for anything ever again... they were very busy and very sloppy with everything they did.

Hopefully it's easy like that. :)

I plan on taking off all fairings and really looking at all connections. The white clip piece that has about 6-7 blue wires going into did get crushed but doesn’t appear to have severed anything. Not sure if that white clip near the abs module is a termination point for the wires or more like a bus bar?

Thanks for the post Diesel.

good luck and let us know what you find unplugged
Hahaha.. 5min after I order your scanner I see this post..

I could go about and waste time with the process without the scanner but I went ahead and purchased it from you for better piece of mind. I just need Friday to get here so I can begin the whole process.
having the code reader will make it so much easier, I was going to suggest to buy it, but I don't want to come across as a salesman. I would not own a newer generation bike without one. To much of a ass pain to have to go to a dealer or go through some weird process

I just printed your shipping label , the scanner will go out today you received tracking from the website

thanks!!
Hey does your scanner work for a 2021 ninja H2?
If so, do you have link where I can get it from?
