Looks pretty good, and sounds great IMO. Not too loud, and gives it a more low down throaty sounding exhaust. Probably no ECU re-flash needed either, which is nice for people who don't want to deal with that when the exhaust is modified.kman0066 wrote: ↑Fri May 18, 2018 6:12 pmYoshimura! Love it, now to find out how to actually purchase. Guessing there will be a delay while they build up inventory, let distributors know about it, etc. I'll just pick up a header like Arrow or Akra when/if they ever make it. But I love the Alpha cans from Yoshi!!!

Re: Exhaust replacements
I'm eagerly waiting to hear some good news from Akra or Brocks on a full system.
Im hesitant to buy just a slipon, because in the past with my Gen 4 ZX10 a slipon didn't change the exhaust sound at all...waste of $1000 imo.
Last week I contacted both Brocks & Akrapovic and they both said they had no info/news about any Full-systems for this bike. -kind of disappointing.

Re: Exhaust replacements
I'm buying akra slipon first then, when they release some decat pipe i'll buy that one as well
Also, i don't like the look on the Yoshi's. The sound is great, but looks ... meh. Could be better. But that's just my personal taste

Re: Exhaust replacements
Seriously? They have a picture of an Akropovic exhaust on the bike, and a stock exhaust in their ebay add. They only have one picture of a cheap generic looking muffler mounted on an H2 SX SE that could be their exhaust. Then a bunch of stock photos of their exhaust. If their ebay add is that crappy I doubt they did legit research to develop an exhaust.TrevKerr wrote: ↑Wed May 23, 2018 9:25 amHere's one to check out these guys are good !

Re: Exhaust replacements
Looks like it's the company that helped that guy mount his ZX10R akra to his H2 SX. I guess now that they know the link pipe size and shape, they can mount any of their mufflers to it. Worth investigating I suppose as they look to be pretty affordable. I like their tri-oval muffler, but being such an unknown brand, I do have to wonder if the quality of the can is good enough. Cheap carbon fiber will melt quickly, especially on a machine like ours. Would love to see some experiences from people who track their bikes and have had one of their cans on it.

Re: Exhaust replacements
You buy a bike that costs 23k euros and after that put a cheap aftermarket no-name exhaust. That's just wrong imo

Re: Exhaust replacements
They helped me out by altering the Akra and making up a link pipe....their work and quaility are superb...they manufacture their own brand and will create anything to spec....they are well known here in the UK....the idea of the day was to create a specific link pipe which was achieved and will thus enable anyone to select a slip on of their choice....their products are far from crappy !cOoTeR wrote: ↑Wed May 23, 2018 10:48 amSeriously? The common denominator is the “link pipe”,from cat to slip on,there are a lot of slip-on’s

Re: Exhaust replacements
I believe some speed shops might be using either of these two link pipes from Akra, there both titanium, they may be modifying them to fit,pt# L-K10S0/5,or L-K10S07T,then u can install there racingline mufflers.PS they cut the cat off at the collector,or leave the cat and
