They are solid metal, normal sport bike pegs not the rubber blocks like the stock ones. It never felt right getting my foot in the proper position for aggressive riding like on the track with the stock pegs. I haven't measured it but I think they give me a little more ground clearance as well.
I cannot remember for sure I think they were from 2011-2013 but I can't be certain. The ZX-10R don't sit lower so they may not be the best option for knee replacement. The top of the peg is pretty much the same height as the stock peg but the zx10r peg is not as thick so I'm pretty sure there is more ground clearance.
The main reason I got them wasn't to change the height of the peg in either direction. I got them because I didn't like the feel of the stock pegs when hanging off the side of the bike. The rubber pegs never felt like I had positive contact between my foot and the peg.

I have placed this link on the forum before , it is there if you look , I will try and find it and repost it for you , don't be put off because they are chines and cheap , they have different lowering links and are adjustable I am using the 30 mm drop ones and find a great difference, I have adjusted my brake pedal (used the extra drop nut ) and gear lever off the stock adjuster , I have had no issues with this bike or any of the other bikes I have had them onzxninja wrote: Mon Jun 24, 2019 11:09 pmDo you have a link?keith zx wrote: Mon Jun 24, 2019 11:48 am i have a set of lowered adjustable pegs from e bay , had them on all of my bikes no issues at all, transforms the riding position for me , every body has there own opinions on the lowered pegs , but I am completely happy with them

Re: Foot Peg options
Is nobody else tired if dragging pegs with the knights designs pegs? I give up and am going back to ZX6R pegs. I'm going to raise my seat as I have concluded that the stock seat is just too low. Pretty sad me saying that with only a 31" inseam. What the heck do people do that have a 36" inseam?

Re: Foot Peg options
I went for the puig pegs.. so much more comfortble for my riding style as a like to be on the balls of the feet. Also no catching the crappy rubber cover on the stok pegs anymore!

Re: Foot Peg options
Purchased these off ebay. Description says it's for a Z125. Since I own a Z125, figured I can't go wrong if it doesn't fit the H2SX. Fits just fine on the H2 SX. 25mm drop.

I personally like the rubber on our pegs. Absorbs vibrations. I just wish they were higher.
