I put a set of Zx10R pegs on my H2 SX SE. Just the pegs not the whole rear set.

Knight Designs sells lowered pegs. Here is from another post:

I can confirm that the Knight Design pegs for the ZX-14R fits perfectly on the H2 SX. I fitted the ones I had lying around from my 14 and they fit perfectly and has made a world of difference. I'm 6'2", with 34" inseam and wished for a little more leg room on the H2 SX and the drop with Knights Design makes the bike perfect now, more comfortable than my 14R imo. You have to be conscious of the pegs when leaning the bike but that's to be expected I guess.....highly recommended to anyone who would like more leg room.

I have installed and agree the Knight lowered pegs are great! Great people to deal with as well.
Has anyone found anything that would work for lowering the passenger pegs as well?

They are solid metal, normal sport bike pegs not the rubber blocks like the stock ones. It never felt right getting my foot in the proper position for aggressive riding like on the track with the stock pegs. I haven't measured it but I think they give me a little more ground clearance as well.

What year(s) of ZX10R or a Kawi part number please. I am anticipating a total knee replacement in about 3 months and may need a bit more clearance to the foot pegs. Thank you.
