Re: Real world gas mileage
Based on actual fuel added at each fill I've averaged 38.5 mpusg (46.2 mpig). For each tank refill the best has been 44.2 (53.1 mpig) and worst has been 30.4 (36.5 mpig). Those numbers include break-in.
Bike has Sprint filter, stock exhaust and Vcyclenut flash. My riding tends to be brisk but, like others, I find it hard not to whip it from time to time just for the sheer pleasure of it.

It's amazing how fast you can go when you take your time.

I hit a solid 40mph yesterday ave 85mph up hill. The Ninja 400 was struggling to stay in view.

I forgot they existed lol. Some Guy wrote: Sun May 19, 2019 3:34 am
BTW, when I was breaking it in, I always got the 3 circle icon for economic gas mileage. Not much since...
I got 200km out of a full tank today.
Checked air filter (sprint f1) after spin and it was in a bad way.
Heading to the TT next week so doubt I will be getting good mileage.

Re: Real world gas mileage
I have a tune, filter, and slip on - and I ride somewhat aggressive constantly lol. I average about 120 miles per tank! I do switch between all the different modes though

Re: Real world gas mileage
2019 H2SX with cat removal / Hindle can / sprint air filter/ 94 octane fuel / dyno tune to 216 RWH / running in medium mode / 220 kms best I get for range
I also run two large GIVI side cases all of the time, carrying my tool kit, tire pump, fuel siphon , oil, chain lube, cargo net and full first aid kit. The other case empty to store helmet when stopped
Im going to run a tank of fuel in Rain mode to see if I can increase range, in theory should drop hp and torque in half. I mainly want to increase for a 2500 k roadm trip coming up.
Fast mode is way too much fun but it does drink the fuel like a sailor. What a rocket ship now its tuned.

Re: Real world gas mileage
I've found that the fuel consumption is very much depending your speed. If I ride less than 100kph (60MPH) I get less than 5/100km (over 47MPH). At 120kph (75MPH) I get aroung 7l/100 (34MPG). At 150kph (94MPH) I get around 8,5l/100 (28MPG). At 200kph (125MPH) I get around 12l/100kph (20MPG). These are two up with all the luggage for couple weeks trip.

Re: Real world gas mileage
My 2018 shows 230 miles range when I fill up, but I don't think I've ever got past 180 miles because the throttle is too addictive.

Re: Real world gas mileage
38/40 US mpg using the supercharger! could see 50mpg if running at a steady 50mph for a long period but how boring would that be?

Re: Real world gas mileage
I run 43-46mpg in average. If flat going 60-70mph can see 55-57mpg. But as soon comes little upphill increase. Do think 40-45mpg in average is what to expect. I had little increase after Tuning bike. But it is now also running little richer, so it not running hot. 222whp
