I hit a deer with my turbo zx14 about a year ago about 300’ from my work parking lot and one of the guys I work with helped pick up the pieces.
Well he picked up the blow off valve and forgot about it until recently. So of course once I got ahold of it I had to try and mount it on the h2 sx.
Long story short... it does fit and it does work however I don’t think it works quite as good as the stock bov and I don’t think it sounds as good either so I put the stock one back on.
In order to make the bov work properly on the zx14 I had to drill all the hose barbs out on the throttle bodies and connect all 4 together so I had a good enough signal. I suspect that may be the case with this bike as well.
Anyway here’s how I went about mounting it.

I always loved the sound of a tial on my evox. Wasnt impressed with the turbosmart on the sx and wanted to hear what the tial sounds like on the sx. Got any videos? The reason its probably not running good compared to stock is the oem one is recirculated and the tial is vta. Should try the tial qr and route it back to the intake.

You buy it and send it to me and I’ll put it on and try it! Lol

Do you have a video or a sound clip? I'de like to compare it to my Turbosmart BOV.

I don’t have any video of it on the h2. I do have a handful of videos of the zx14 with it but they really don’t do it much justice. The bov definitely sounds louder when your on the bike than it does in the videos.
I think what I’m going to do is experiment with it a little bit once I have the bike broke in. I can try a few different ways of hooking up the vacuum lines and see what works best. Also I may call Tial or a shop who has experience with the bov and see what they recommend for a spring.
The spring I have installed currently should be perfect for the vacuum the bike has at idle but they do make a spring specifically for supercharger applications. It’s possible that may work better than the current spring I have.
I have another 350 miles to go to get this thing broke in. In the mean time I guess I’ll work on a go pro mount.

Here’s a video of the zx14 with the Tial bov. Always had a hard time with traction on this road. My buddies were always willing to run me here of corse! Lol

What boost release psi are you all triggering your bov's?

I’m still working on testing the bov on the h2 SX. Has a 6psi spring right now which works okay but it has some problem areas.

Bryan468, I'm missing something about a BOV and the H2 bikes. I though I read somewhere that the SC is putting in about 20 PSI.
If you are testing at 6 PSI, then I must have misunderstood/misread the 20 PSI thing.

In the blow off valves there is a spring that keeps the valve closed. How much boost at vacuum will determine what spring you need. They are rated in psi as a spring rate. To light, the valve wont close all the way and will leak, to high and it wont open to release pressure. There is a perfect balance you need to find between vacuum pressure and max boost pressure. I had the Tial bov on my evox and had to get 3 different springs before i found which one works best for my setup. Here is a video of me doing a track day in the evo with a to stiff one which caused surge during partial throttle at 4:37
