Powercommander 5?
There may be a part # coming out soon for the H2SX?!,
Should be interesting what maps they come out with,
As they only have 3 maps for the H2 and H2R.

They've told me the R&D is done and that they are now building the boards and harnesses. Might be available in a month or two. $400 though so I'll be getting a Vcyclenut flash instead.

Re: Powercommander 5?
I realize my opinion will sound totally biased but a power commander on this bike is going to get you very little,
the o2 sensor needs to be disabled to get the smoothest throttle( an o2 optimizer sometimes included with the PC will help but is just a band aide)
the throttle restrictions need to be removed to get real power gains. I don't care how good the fueling is when the throttle closes to less then 20% in the upper rpm's the bike just is not going to make power.
Dyno jet has stepped up their game for crusiers with a device that flashes the ECU im sure the sportbikes are around the corner. Until then they just cant access the settings needed to get the best result.

Re: Powercommander 5?
The jury is out till this bike is on a dyno with an installed pc 5
With whatever maps they have, truthfully I’m just interested
In AFR’s ,HP is secondary as this bike has enough to either
Put u in hospital, jail, or a bodybag

Re: Powercommander 5?
Having owned many bikes with Power Commanders and dyno tuning them the best bet for this bike is Vcyclenut's flash. I have had two ECU's done by him and they are clearly the best mapped bikes I've ever ridden.

If vcyclenut was within riding distance, I’d have him pop it out and flash it, but alas, he’s not.

Re: Powercommander 5?
Powercommanders WERE great, on stuff like the GSX1400 and early Busa’s they worked well, but time has moved on. ECU’s are much more advanced and and so are the bikes restrictions.
I run a PC111 on my GSX14 and it works well.
I wouldn’t think of putting one on my Busa, B-King or SX as they are quite limited in what they offer.
