Are there any issues running bike without a reflash after removing all catalytic material and exhaust valve and installing
A decat pipe? As it is right now, bike runs fine, and no codes.
Running bike without reflash?
Re: Running bike without reflash?
Changing these parts will affect how the engine “breathes”. Which can effect how it runs and over a loooooong time effect life of motor. Best advice I can give is see how she runs. If it’s drastically rich or lean then probably should get ecu flashed or get a fuel tune mapping device. If you don’t notice much difference at all you could be okay. But personally I wouldn’t risk my valves over a good map tune.

Bike runs fine,I’ll get a tune on a Dyno, and check AFR like I did with my KTM,would be nice if Powercommander (dynojet) make a PC5 for this bike, but just like aftermarket exhaust manufacturers, there all “sitting on there hands”! PS 02 sensor is still installed and working
