There are usually two services. Oil, which you can change or turn off. Then there's the Kawasaki maintenance one that the dealership apparently has to do (I've not found any steps to do it). Having said that, the dealership can permanently turn that service off so it never pops up again.

Kawasaki knows that people service their own bikes, or have other shops do it.
