As a bonus it also does a good job matching my white & red '16 Street Triple R

Motorcycling is not, of itself, inherently dangerous. It is, however, extremely unforgiving of inattention, ignorance, incompetence, or stupidity

I'd never buy Schuberth again. Got S2 Sport, had S2 before and as city helmet I have Shoei Neotec and shuberth is as crap as it can be. Buy shoei if you want to be satisfied. The only disadvantage is that X-Spirit III is crazy expensive.
Would you mind elaborating on your experience with Schuberth? I've mostly had Schuberth helmets (Concept, C2, then S2), and was happy with the weight, quietness, airflow and control surfaces. After some time off the road currently have a mid-range HJC (I had to get something quickly at the time), but it's way too noisy and windy; I need to upgrade for this coming season, but it's much harder to choose without a test-ride.

I've had the same Schuberth C3 Pro for about 5 years now. I love it. Very quiet, great sun visor, amazing pin lok, easy to use fastening system and easy to use modular flip up.

I would not recommend the integrated comms though. There are better a/m units. I've used it, it broke (thin wires) within a year and they replaced it free of charge, while I was waiting I bought a FreeCom4 and never put the new replacement back in. I really like the FreeComm4.

That is a Shoei Valkyrie TC-4 version i do believe, I search basically all over North America and english speaking Europe with no luck - its an old discontinued model.

I ended up with the Shoei Flagger TC-4 - another hard one to find.

TC-4 models seam to have green in them i have noticed.
