Does anyone know a place to purchase a stock H2SX SE ECU, or compatible ( ZX-10R? ) ECU?

BikeBandit used to have them listed. Also, compare with Partzilla if they also sell them.

Are the ECU’s not coded ? Matched to the ignition key / immobiliser?

That explains it.

I know guys here have had issues with other bikes when they have lost keys or swapped ECU’s as the two are a matched pair. Its not unusual here.
The Honda HISS system is a regular one.

(I do get a minor insurance discount on my bikes with smart keys, GSX14, B-King, SX that I don’t on my Gen-1 Busa, Bandit etc)

Ron Ayers dot com has them for $995.90. Seems like a waste of money as long as you're going to tune it properly.
