would these make it more work to remove the fairings?
The COX style radiator guard normally mounts just to the radiator. I'm not sure about the lower guard though. Also I am still waiting on mine to come in from COX. But on other bikes it was never an issue.

The R&G rad guard I have on my Street Triple also mounts to the radiator mounts directly. So, I expect this would be the same. The pipe guard looks like it mounts to the fairing, though.

Motorcycling is not, of itself, inherently dangerous. It is, however, extremely unforgiving of inattention, ignorance, incompetence, or stupidity

After realizing the kids are in school and I am saving a ton of money on childcare...I ordered the R&G straight from the UK. The exchange rate is in our favor in the US now.😀
After having to crimp a buddies coil on the side of the road to get him home a few months back, it became clear that living in a state full of dirt and rocks makes this mod make sense.

It’s not much more work to remove the fairings with these fitted. I just changed my oil and all I had to do was remove the lower fairing bolts as usual on the left side.
They definitely finish off the front end....nice product.
I ordered mine from Twisted Throttle btw.

Ready to install, nice quality! Like the curve grille for exhaust...
Are you guys ordering these from the UK, or is there a distributor in the US?

Getting tired of trying to find aftermarket bits for this bike. :bash:

I think Motorsport.com had the radiator guard, but I did not see the lower. It was 170 for both shipped to AZ from the UK.

The pipe guard does mount to the fairing. I have both and like them, but the downpipe grille does make it a pain to remove the lower part of the fairing. The lower mount for the downpipe grille attaches via a locknut that attaches over the exposed part of the forward lower bolt. The thing is, there's very little clearance there, and getting that little locknut and washer on and off in a blind, tight, reverse spot is a pain. If you take your finger and feel inside the lower fairing cross brace to where the bolt protrudes, that's where the locknut and washer go, but because the guard blocks the front, you've got to feel it in blind from behind.

Pretty impressive, package already arrived. Now for installation.

How long would you say the installation takes? I have not opened the box yet, and if I have not read the H2SX owner manual yet, I sure as hell won’t read any installation directions.
