I had a look at one of the new tensioners and it was jammed as i got it out of the box, had to give it a wiggle to get it to move.

Didnt fill me with confidence,

All tensioners that are supplied as spare parts in boxes are in the cocked position.

Both tensioners I got from the dealer were in this position.

This is why the preferred method of installation (per the shop manual) involves turning the motor by hand and listening carefully for the click that indicates the new tensioner has released from the cocked position and is putting spring tension (soon to be followed by oil pressure when started) on the cam chain. Bumping the starter motor can achieve this, but if the tensioner sticks you won't be able to tell right away.

After two weeks in the "dealership" i was told theres nothing wrong with the timing and if i think my bike vibrates i should ride the other bike thats there on the floor that is for sale.... 😆.
Getting over being the nice guy is easy with remarks like this. .
Check out the cold start video

sounds fine to me.THere's definitely NO clacking or rattling on that cold start.
vibration?Where's that at on the bike?
It sounds healthy to me.

I agree. It looks suspicious ... I always warm up the engine for exactly 2 minutes without touching the throttle. The temperature after warming up is exactly 150F. The exhaust manifold is not red at all ...
