INTERCOOLER

Post by JonTheChron » Fri Nov 23, 2018 1:07 am

My contact Travis Yager from yagerwerx in Springfield, TN is looking for a H2SX owners that is willing to help him test fit a modded H2SX plenum with Intercooler.

he has done alot of work on the regular H2 when it comes to intercooling and is quite popular in that community.

Here are some pics of his H2 Intercooler kit he has produced for the H2.

The first person to bring their bike to his workshop will receive an INCREDIBLE discount on the mod, they will basically only be paying for the hard parts, all labor including installation will be free of charge.

PM me if interested.
Or you can find him directly on Facebook or Instagram

Doesn't look any smaller than the EC Australian made intercooler kit. I was told that an H2 with 290HP will loose approx 5HP, but the pros of cooling the IAT very much outweigh the cons.

I guess it just looks different having the exchange in the lid in a chamber rather than in the lower part like EC.... but agree 1000% re IAT temps - it's really cool (lol the puns)

How much extra weight is this going to be? Looks like another liquid cooling system for a radiator in the air intake. Not saying it won't work, but is the benefit worth the cost?

Motorcycling is not, of itself, inherently dangerous. It is, however, extremely unforgiving of inattention, ignorance, incompetence, or stupidity

They total added weight with the radiator filled would be approximately 9 lbs.

I'm available in Nashville (not too far), how much are we talking about? Not something I was looking to buy, but if the price is right...

I have been in contact with Travis and I offered up my bike. Only issue is, it costs to much to ship it to him from Alberta, Canada. So ill be bringing it down to him in person, problem with that is, im currently upgrading my math and I have 2 courses back to back so I wont be able to do it until the end of July.
