Riding Mode Display Issue

I have a 2020 H2 SX SE and I can't change the Riding mode. The display says Road but the "Road" lettering blinks on/off continuously. Back story is I just got this motorcycle. The previous owner replaced the display as it had a hairline fracture & gave me the receipt of just replacing it a couple months ago. I've tried going through the rideology app and it appears to change functions but the display still shows the same thing. The rest of all the features on the display seem to work & the selector buttons on the handlebars seem to function correctly. At this point I'm going to take it in to the dealer next week but wonder if anyone has ever had this issue or problems like this?

Sounds like there may have been a programming fault when it was replaced.
