Carbon parts?

Post by Jasonvii » Fri Jun 12, 2020 7:52 pm

Hey Guys,

Has anyone bought any carbon parts from Motocomposites or Tekarbon?
I looking to customise with a few carbon parts and wondered is anyone has done the same?
Any pics or advice would be much appreciated! :)

I have the cf intake tube, sprocket cover, upper chain guard/tire hugger, mid chain gaurd and lower chain gaurd from motor composites. The air intake tube was listed for the SX but it was for a 2015-18 H2 which had the smaller outlet for the filter shroud so i had to dremal the hole larger.

I have the chain guard, swing arm guard and heel guards from motocomposites. They have been superb quality so far. I will probably end up fully CFing the bike one day. Always wanted to do that. When I get tired of it, I'll wrap some pieces.

Got the chain cover, kick plates, upper and lower chain guards from a Chinese company called KIY Carbon. Really pleased with the parts and the service. Reasonably priced as I was going to have to pay for delivery to the UK and UK tax either way. I’m going to order the rear light cowl and the front mud guard next now I know the quality of the work.

If anyone would like the contact details I’d be happy to pass on.
